Do you sell to the public, or only to businesses?
Both. Retail customers can buy from the published catalog at our Santa Fe Springs counter or by shipping. Trade customers open a wholesale account for dealer pricing and net terms.
Who qualifies for a wholesale account?
Marine businesses: marinas and yacht clubs, boatyards, boat dealers and brokerages, marine retailers, mobile technicians, charter/rental/tour operators, yacht management companies and captains, commercial fishing and workboat operators, boat builders and government agencies.
What documents do you need?
A business license or entity registration, and a resale certificate (California CDTFA-230 or your state equivalent) if you want to purchase for resale without sales tax. Captains and charter accounts can provide USCG documentation or a slip agreement.
Do you offer Net-30 terms?
Yes, for approved commercial accounts after a short credit review. Card and ACH are always accepted.
Is there a minimum order?
Wholesale orders have a $250 minimum, waived for scheduled route customers. There is no minimum for retail counter sales.
How fast can I get an order?
Stocked items ordered by 2 PM are ready for will-call the same day. Local deliveries run on scheduled harbor routes. Parcel orders ship in 1–2 business days; special orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days.
Do you deliver to marinas and slips?
Yes. We run scheduled routes to marinas and boatyards across Los Angeles and Orange County and can deliver to a specific dock, gate or slip with advance notice.
Can you ship directly to a vessel or customer?
Yes. Dealers and yacht managers can have orders shipped direct to the vessel, marina office or end customer with your packing slip.
Do you follow manufacturer pricing policies?
Yes. We honor manufacturer MAP (minimum advertised price) and authorized-dealer policies and expect our trade customers to do the same.
Can you source parts you don’t stock?
Usually. Send the part number, engine or equipment model, or a photo and we will quote a price and lead time from our supplier network.
Are your safety products USCG approved?
PFDs, throwables, fire extinguishers, visual distress signals and life rings we sell carry USCG approval where approval applies. Approval numbers are on the product labels.
What is your return policy?
Stocked items in new, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days with the receipt or invoice. Special orders, cut rope, opened chemicals, paint and electrical items are not returnable. See the Shipping, Will-Call & Returns page.
Do you charge sales tax?
California sales tax applies to taxable sales delivered in California. Qualified resellers with a valid resale certificate on file are not charged tax on purchases for resale.
